親愛的弟兄姊妹,
隨著魁北克省已確認的新型冠狀病毒 (COVID-19) 病例數繼續攀升，政府已宣布了新措施，以防止該病毒在社區內傳播。 故此教會更新我們在滿地可華人浸信會中的預防安排。
在疫情肆虐橫行之際，鼓勵弟兄姊妹們仍堅定地相信上帝的主權常在，並在困難中經歷祂 所賜下的平安與盼望。在此非常時期，懇請大家多使用電話、短訊、網上通訊等方法，彼此慰問、支持、代禱，並逼切為病患者及受影響人士祈禱。願上帝的恩典與憐憫，早日臨 到萬邦，讓疫情盡快平息。

特別措施:

從3月22日起三堂分別進行在線崇拜。

會加強消毒清潔教會的公眾地方，特別是扶手、門把、櫃檯等。

奉獻支票可郵寄給教會(支票抬頭請填寫”Montreal Chinese Baptist Church”)。 亦可透過 Canadahelps.org 作在線奉獻,於 FIND A CHARITY 搜尋”montreal chinese baptist church”。

所有團契已取消在教會的聚會。部分團契已安排在線活動。請聯絡團契領袖以查詢最新之安排。
個人防疫提示:

所有剛從國外回來人士，請留在家中自我隔離14天。同時觀察自己有沒有咳嗽、感冒、發燒等症狀。

若你有感冒發燒情況，請留在家裡休息。

長者或抵抗力較低的肢體，鼓勵留在家中。

弟兄姊妹請特別注意個人衛生，避免與其他人有非必要的接觸，及經常洗手。

如果你覺得有需要戴口罩保護自己及他人,不要覺得不好意思。

如有需要與人接觸, 請盡量保持兩米的距離。

Practice Resurrection: new English sermon series on Sept 25th
On September 25th, we start a new sermon series on Christian Growth and discipleship of the saints. Drawing from Eugene Peterson's book Practice Resurrection: A conversation on growing up in Christ and the book of Ephesians, we will study how the resurrection guides us to be more than we are and live more than this earthly life has to offer. We go "from glory unto glory."
Truly, there is more after we are reborn in God. In the words of Peterson, the metaphor of birth helps us understand that we "become alive to God. Alive to God-alive. Alive to God's holiness, God's will, God's kingdom, power, and glory but there is more to life after birth than mother's milk, sleeping, and waking, walking and talking. There is God."
I hope many of you will be joining us on the next few Sundays at 9:30am!
