Therefore the church has decided to update our prevention arrangements in MCBC.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Let us remember our Lord is sovereign and gracious to all. Let us call and message to extend our greetings to others. Pray for the sick and everyone affected by the situation around the world. May God\u2019s healing and peace come upon us.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<h6><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Montreal Chinese Baptist Church<\/span><\/strong><\/h6>\n<h6><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Board of Deacons\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/h6>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: #3366ff;\"><strong>2020\/03\/17<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #ff9900;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Special measures until further notice:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">All three congregations will have online worship starting from March 22<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">The church will strengthen sanitation and cleanliness of public surfaces,\u00a0especially handrails, door knobs, water dispensers and counters.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Offering cheque can be sent to the church by mail (please make sure the cheque is written to \u201cMontreal Chinese Baptist Church\u201d) . Offering can also be done online through <a href=\"http:\/\/www.canadahelps.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;\">Canadahelps.org<\/span><\/a>, search \u201cmontreal chinese baptist church\u201d in <span style=\"color: #800000;\">FIND A CHARITY<\/span>.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">All fellowship meetings are cancelled at church. Some fellowships will organize online programs. Please contact your fellowship leaders for a new arrangement.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #ff9900;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Friendly reminder:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">For those who have just returned from abroad, please stay home and self-quarantine for two weeks (14 days). Please observe whether you are coughing, have a fever or other cold symptoms.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">If you are coughing and\/or have cold symptoms and fever, please rest at home.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Seniors or those who have lower immune systems are strongly encouraged to stay home.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Everyone should frequently wash their hands or use hand sanitizer, and avoid physical contact when greeting.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">If you feel the need to wear a mask to protect yourself and others, please don\u2019t hesitate.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">As much as possible a distance of 2 meters is maintained when you need to contact other people.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #ff00ff;\">* Due to the COVID-19, church secretary will temporary work at home.
